Buying or selling in real estate is not just about the property, I believe it’s also a shorter commute, a good neighbourhood, better schooling, and an ideal place to start a family. My goal in real estate is to understand my client’s needs by asking meaningful questions and a clear aim to achieve my clients’ trust and fulfill their requirements to the best of my ability and dedication.

I perform these duties through honest communication, thorough analysis of current market stats, and property-specific reports, clearing unknowns and fostering constant growth to benefit my clients. My relationships with clients last long after the close of the sale, and it is that underlying philosophy that drives my work ethic and the success of my business.

My long-term academic and analytical background has provided me with the analytical tools to interpret real estate market conditions, ultimately serving my client’s needs with a true consultant’s approach. I feel that “while being involved in his client’s biggest journey in life surrounding their finances and the place they call ‘home’, it is extremely important to listen to their needs to ensure their expectations are exceeded”.

Having lived in Canada for over 15 years, I am very familiar with the journey that many ‘newcomers’ face including immigration laws, locating employment, and searching out neighbourhoods and communities to settle into and call home. I studied at the University of Montreal obtaining my Ph.D. in Neuroscience. I feel that this accomplishment serves my clients by helping them find the right property for personal or investment through a tailored approach using current market analytics, neighbourhood, and community considerations.
