I bring more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience to real estate, with a clear belief that a home is more than a transaction. It is an asset, a lifestyle decision, and often one of the most powerful tools we have to create options for what comes next.

My job as your Realtor® is to help you understand those options and make smart, informed decisions.

For buyers, that means looking beyond simply finding a house you like. I help you understand what you’re buying, where it makes sense to compromise and where it doesn’t, and how today’s decision may affect you later. From evaluating a property and structuring an offer to negotiating the terms, I help protect your interests throughout the process.

For sellers, my approach starts before the property reaches the market. Pricing, preparation, positioning and marketing need to work together. My background in sales, digital marketing, public relations, design and strategy gives me a distinct understanding of how to position a property, attract the right buyers and negotiate from a position of preparation rather than reaction.

Born and raised in Niagara, I understand there is no single “Niagara market.” Communities, neighbourhoods and property types behave differently, and knowing those differences matters when deciding where to buy, how to sell or what comes next.

Ultimately, my role isn’t to convince you to buy or sell. It’s to make sure you have the information, strategy and perspective to make the right decision for you—and perhaps see an option you didn’t know you had.
