It is important for you to be comfortable with who you are working with. Here is a little bit to tell you about me, what I have accomplished, and what I feel is important. I grew up in Fonthill and spent my early years all over the region. Many of you will remember me as the figure skater(which I went on to do professionally) or perhaps the swim coach. I graduated with my BScN began work on my masters and spent several years nursing in Ontario, Florida and New York. Following my nursing years, I went into business, bringing a successful sporting goods store into Canada. I spent 15 years in sales, manufacturing and marketing in Canada and abroad, which has helped my real estate career immensely. I directed domestic and off-shore manufacturing, as well as design and marketing. This experience was invaluable! It taught me selling and business. My nursing was perhaps my best preparation. It combined knowledge, critical thinking, and continuous action! Here’s the important part..patients…like real estate clients allow me into their lives. It calls for respect and compassion. Buying and selling can be stressful. The last thing you need is an overbearing, nerve wracking Realtor®. There’s a time to push and push hard! I’ll do that for you and my goal is for you to enjoy the process.
In 2006 I began my career at Royal Lepage. Before my first year was complete, I achieved an award for my sales. In the ensuing years I have been the recipient of prestigious gold, platinum, diamond award of excellence awards. I don’t feel it necessary to flaunt awards…but I am told that if I don’t put them out there..no one will know. My reward comes when my clients come back and then refer their friends.
As a member of the Niagara and Toronto real estate boards I am able to bring seamless integration for my clients coming from the city to our lifestyle in Niagara. I can provide more listings to my clients as a member of both boards.
What do I do in my spare time? I am a member Swimming Canada as one of their master officials. I officiate at grass roots local, national and International meets across the country. I also help out with local school board meets in the area. I love all kinds of competitive sports. I can cook in all kinds of languages but find it hard to find the time in this busy profession.
