A Message From Carlie

Hard to believe it’s already been a decade in the real estate industry. I’ve had the honour of helping over 450 families in their real estate goals and dreams. I’ve assisted with single family homes, multi-family portfolios, equestrian farms, vacant land, estates and power of sales. I personally manage my own rental properties and am well versed in all things landlord & tenant related. I previously managed my own farm and have lived on septics & wells. I am a full time, passionate & committed Realtor, ready to put my years of experience to work for you. 
When i’m not selling houses, i’m an ally to our local shelter, Birchway Niagara and have personally raised over $100,000 for them in recent years through community events and commission donations. I firmly believe in supporting local and creating a caring community to live in. 
In 2021, I had the honour of receiving the 40 Under 40 Award for Business in the Niagara Region, and for the last 3 years running have landed in the Top 35 Under 35 Royal LePage Realtors across all of Canada. Locally, I am the #5 Royal LePage NRC Realtor in the Niagara Region for the last two years. 
Although the awards are a fun way to be recognized at the end of the year, my business is truly built on relationships. I am blessed to continuously work for friends and past clients year after year.
