Jonathan joined Royal LePage NRC in 2023 as part of the Ellens Real Estate Group, after several years as a sales representative at another local brokerage. Jonathan is an AACI accredited real estate appraiser with Ellens and Associates, and has a wide range of experience in valuation and consulting work involving complex real estate asset classes, including development land, industrial, commercial, institutional, and agricultural properties. Jonathan graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Honours degree in Urban Planning and subsequently completed the Diploma of Urban Land Economics through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Jonathan specializes in commercial, investment, and development properties and is always happy to consult with clients to help them realize “the Highest and Best Use” for their properties.
