Being born and raised in Niagara Falls, I have a deep affection and personal attachment to the people and the natural beauty of the Niagara Region. I attended Niagara University and earned a BSc. in Business. Upon graduation I accepted an entry level management position with General Mills Restaurants working in the U.S, then eventually moving back to Canada to be part of the initial Red Lobster Canada management team and spending 20+ years with this great company, the last seven as Senior VP Operations for Canada. Over the next 10 years I worked in Senior Executive positions helping to build brand awareness and drive unit growth for several world class multi-national hospitality companies in Canada, such as Panera Bread. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, so much so that I have made it my second career. Over the years I have learned many valued lessons, but clearly the most important driver of success in my career has been building relationships with key stakeholders and then exceeding expectations with a high level of integrity – – that is my commitment to you.
